Sun 97 Form
The Sun 97 is the traditional sun style tai chi created by Sun Lu Tang. The sequence of this form can be compared with the Long Yang form showing its roots in Yang Style. Also incorporated in Sun Style are the two other internal arts of Bagua and Xingyi. The Sun 97 form has been the simplified into a number of short forms specifically to help with many health problems.
