Lift Chi Up Pour Chi Down (Peng Qi Guan Ding)
Part One
Feet together, hands at sides
1 Put palms down to ground, three times forward and back
2 Hold out in front of tantien, press.
3 Go out and round to back
4 Draw up under arms
5 Hold hands out palm up, press
6 Put hands out to the side and scoop
7 Draw hands up over head
8 Put hands together and down as far as possible
9 Push out palms together, palms down, then palms out
10 Rotate shoulders three times, pushing forward and pulling back
11 Side to side three times
12 Out to side, push to sides and pull back three times
13 Up and down three times
14 Draw hands up over head
15 Come down palms facing body at chest to tantien press
16 Hands round to back and down to heels
17 Round to front of feet and push and pull three times
18 Up to tantien then down to side
19 Arms out to side push and pull three times
20 Forward and back three times
21 To front Rotate shoulders, pushing forward and pulling back three times
22 Up and down three times
23 Draw hands up over head
24 Come down to third eye
25 Round to back of head and down back as far as possible
26 Meet point on back the other way and to bottom of back
27 Come round to tantien
28 Down front of legs to feet and push and pull three times
29 Go round to heel and up backs of legs to bottom of back
30 Come round to tantien then down to sides
31 Raise arms at forty five degrees turn palms upward at shoulder level till above head
32 Pull both hands down to shoulder level then face palms forward.
33 Push out right hand and rotate to left turn waist to left touch middle finger to thumb draw hand back to cross over chest.
34 Push out left hand rotate clockwise turn waist to right touch middle finger to thumb draw hand back to cross over chest.
35 Bring palms together, fingers pointing upwards and bring up.
36 Face palms forward and lower to shoulder height
37 Turn palms up and bring forward to front
38 Draw hands back to body and turn under body and stretch out backwards
39 Circle arms forwards to sides and turn palms forwards
40 Put right hand over left on tantien (left over right ladies)
41 Put hands down to side
This qigong is sometimes called Zhineng or Chilel.

together, forming a great loving healing chi-field.
In
the USA and Canada, the time is from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm
New York time (6 to 7 pm Los Angeles time).
In
China, the full moon practice begins at 10:30pm .
(Please note that in China, practitioners also practice
at new moon each month)

In the US Full Moon Practice is from 9 pm to 10 pm every New Moon.
This is 2 am to 3 am the following day GMT, 1 am to 2 am BST
