Class Timetable
Tuesdays from 1.30pm to 3.30pm
1.30 pm to 2.00 pm: Beginners Class.
A beginners class 1.30 pm to 2.00 pm. Learn the basics of Tai Chi. You are welcome to attend the main class directly afterwards. Please contact me if you are interested.
2.00 pm to 2.55 pm: Yang Small Circle Tai Chi for improvers. We are beginning to learn the traditional Sun 97 tai chi form.
3.00
pm to 3.30 pm: Qigong
Various styles of Qigong, including Zhineng Qigong which was pronounced the most effective health enhancing Qigong by the Chinese Sports Bureau.
Held every Tuesday at: Nantwich Parish Rooms (upstairs), Nantwich, Cheshire CW5 5RG.
Cost: £5 for whole afternoon session.
